Happy Halloween & a New Milestone!
Happy Halloween, 2025! I realize this is my third blog entry regarding Halloween this season, but today's post coincides with realizing that my website has reached a milestone this week - over 100,000 views! I realize this is small potatoes compared to most, but it seemed like a fairly significant number to me considering the narrow range of topics I've posted about here in the past five years! For a Gen-Xer posting about old things like drive-in speakers, gumball machines, antiques, road trips, and cool places to eat & visit, it means a lot to me to those of you that have taken your time to read my posts - and a special BIG thank you to those of you that have bought something from me! You can probably tell by my website that I am not a web designer, nor did I win any spelling bees growing up. I usually write and make these posts at 4-5am in the morning before going to work, but I truly do enjoy sharing these glimpses into the past! Thank you once again and Happy Halloween!
