Vintage 1960's Oak Acorn Gumball Machine with Retro Texaco Fire Chief Theme!
Fresh off of the bench this mid-June is this 1960's era Oak Acorn gumball machine restored with a Texaco Fire Chief theme. This vintage mid-century vending machine features a taller 8 pound glass globe, an adjustable candy wheel that can vend gum and candy of varying sizes and amounts, and rubber feet on the bottom to safely display on a counter top, desk, or shelf!
The brushed Acorn coin mechanism has been completely disassembled, cleaned, polished, and properly lubricated, and features a brass once cent coin wheel. The coin mech works and operates flawlessly and easily!
The gumball machine’s body has been sandblasted bare, repainted red and white, and has Texaco Fire Chief water slide decals applied on the left and right sides. These decals have been clear coated over for protection. The inside of the glass globe has a custom water slide decal that displays Texaco’s famous star logo and a 1 cent emblem.
This gumball machine is the perfect look for game room, man cave, shop, or really anywhere in the house!
