Please help me identify what the heck this tool is! It appears to be some sort of key - but for what? Yes, it does look like a giant tire valve stem tool, but it's way too big and as you can see the inside is not hollow. It has a wire ring going around the bottom, which retains a smaller cylinder that can move around. Overall it is about 2 1/4" in length, and is fairy heavy. Any thoughts?
