A fully restored and working vintage Drive-In Movie Speaker set with a Corvette theme and desktop or counter sized stand. These vintage Eprad drive-in speakers have not only been carefully restored externally, but upgraded internally with brand new speakers, wiring, and new electronics bringing these beloved relics of the past a new life that can be enjoyed in your home or office for years to come! These sound fantastic - NOT like the old "rattley" speakers you remember from your youth. This particular set has a NEW OLD STOCK red Glow-Top that is bright red, and VERY hard to find in this condition! Usually they are very faded, cracked, or completely busted. This top has never been used and looks brand new and BRIGHT red! We may never find another one like it. These speakers are from one of the three drive-ins near Minneapolis, Minnesota owned by the Herringer family. Music is supplied by a Bluetooth connection to your phone or tablet so you can play your personal music collection and stream Pandora, Spotify, or other streaming services that you subscribe to. Or you can utilize the internal MP3 player and power amp that can play any music or drive-in advertisements that you want to add on a Micro-SD card or USB Jumpdrive. The speakers are turned on by toggling a 3-way switch on the pole either up or down. One direction activates the hidden 9 volt batteries inside the Junction Box (the center piece holding the speakers at the top of the pole), the other direction utilizes the supplied AC wall plug, which plugs in at the rear base of the pole. These look awesome on a garage workbench, den, game room, or office desk. The best part is you don't have to fool with wires running to another external radio or amp - everything is hidden inside the base and the pole!
